Version 1.20.1 brings small improvements and corrections from a technical point of view, but significantly more overview for you.

UI: Displaying the used Conversational AI

The project overview and the search results list now show which conversational AI you are using for your voicebots. If you - like us - work with different conversational AI technologies, e.g. boost.ai, Cognigy, dialogflow, jovo or ubitec, you can already see on the project overview page which bot was built with which technology.

UI: Busy Indicator

Sometimes a server response takes longer than half a second, e.g. due to a slow internet connection or a large data volume. To show you that something is in progress, we display a small busy indicator in these cases.

By the way, save buttons are now also disabled as long as a save request is in progress

UI: Projects alphabetical Sorting

The alphabetical sorting of projects now also works with Chrome and Edge.

Improved Errror Handling when stripping SSML

Recordings not only contain the audio but also the text. In case of TTS output this can be SSML formated. We improved the error handling, when stripping SSML to avoid missing transcriptions in recordings.
