Why CVG integrates Conversational AI Platforms

A convenient way to create voice bots with CVG is to use a conversational AI (also called a bot framework). Therefore, CVG integrates various conversational AIs (boost, Cognigy, Dialogflow CX, Dialogflow ES, Jovo, neohelden, Rasa, ubitec, VIER Conversational AI) so that bot developers can simply use the conversational AI of their choice to build great voicebots in concert with CVG.
Integration services (connectors) integrate 3rd party conversational AI into the CVG eco system, i.e. they act as middleware. Some of these integration services are provided by VIER, others are provided by the conversational AI manufacturers or integrators.
